Explore matcha from a traditional bowl to Tokyo’s modern matcha treats.
Discover matcha through three different sides of Tokyo: its traditional flavor, the tools and craft behind preparing it, and the playful modern treats it inspires. Begin with a carefully prepared bowl of matcha, browse the utensils used to whisk and serve it, then finish with a tasting stop for favorites such as a matcha latte, ice cream, or seasonal sweets. Your private local guide will help with ordering, explain what you are seeing and tasting, and shape the route around venue availability and your group’s interests.
