Dietary and allergy information
Dietary restrictions and allergy information are used only to plan and deliver the requested experience. When necessary, relevant details may be shared with an assigned guide, restaurant, or other venue so they can assess whether they can accommodate your needs.
Service providers and overseas processing
Our website and enquiry forms use third-party service providers, including Vercel for website hosting and Web3Forms for form delivery. Information submitted through a form may be processed or stored outside Japan under the provider's own security and privacy practices.
Booking services
Standard tour bookings are processed through Bókun. Information entered in the Bókun booking widget is handled under Bókun's applicable privacy terms and is separate from the enquiry forms operated directly on this website.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We take reasonable steps to limit access and protect the information we hold.
