Service prices
Standard tours are ¥35,000 per private group for up to 2 guests. Each additional guest is ¥7,000. Custom tour prices are provided by written quotation. All displayed prices include Japanese consumption tax. The final guide fee is displayed in Japanese yen before a booking is submitted.
Additional costs
Food, drinks, transportation, optional kimono rental, optional shrine blessing, and a small food order for the guide are not included unless expressly stated. These costs vary by itinerary and customer choice and are paid directly to the applicable restaurant, shop, venue, or transportation provider at the amount charged by that provider. Current estimates, when available, are shown on each tour page.
Payment method and timing
Payment method: Credit card. The guide fee is paid online at the time of booking. Costs incurred on the day are generally paid directly to each restaurant, shop, venue, or transportation provider.
Service delivery
The tour is provided on the date and at the time confirmed in the booking confirmation. Meeting details are sent separately before the tour.
Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
The applicable conditions, deadlines, and refund terms are described in our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. If a booking is made through a third-party platform, the policy displayed by that platform may apply. Read the Cancellation Policy.
Application period and availability
Bookings are accepted while availability is shown on the booking screen. A booking is not confirmed until the booking process is completed and a confirmation is issued.
